Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Wild Child Salon for Kids – At Wild Child Salon for Kids, we understand that life happens, and schedules can change. To ensure fairness to all of our clients and our team, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy. – Credit Card Required: All reservations require a valid credit card on file to secure your appointment. – Cancellations Within 24 Hours: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the total service cost. – No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. – Timeliness Matters: We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. We offer a 5-minute grace period—arriving later may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, out of respect for our stylists' time and the appointments that follow. – Being on time helps us provide the best experience for every child and family we serve.
